Ending on a Good Note

Bad week, good conference, still smiling.  My companion is getting transferred for his last transfer
and Elder Hernandez who was the Zone leader in Palmas stake, in the area literaly right across the street from our area is coming here with me.

We baptized a lady named Guadalupe, I dont have pictures because I forgot my usb/sd adapter and am a little let down about that, but some breathing excersizes are really helping to lower the anger.  :D smiles

She was the answer to many prayers and fasts, because we found her 10 minutes before closing a fast and she was golden till the very end.

She fought off her own family to be baptized, and prayed for strength to overcome their taunts.  She came to church on her own (which with all the poverty in mexico ALMOST NEVER HAPPENS).  She even helped me to fix my dogbite, and was a missinary to her own family and friends.

The spirit was so wonderful and palpable as I stood at the top of the steps and watched her go under the water fulfilling her desire to be happy and follow truly God and Jesus Christ.

Im so grateful for that.

Priesthood meeting was very direct, and thats why it was the best session.

Just try your best was beautiful from Elder Holland, as usual.
And honoring your priesthood by President Nelson in Priesthood was one of the best talks ive ever heard in my life.

I love you all, remember smiling causes a chemical reaction that can make you happy, I think.

Thanks for the emails.
