Elder Andrew Basile: 7 months

Ok well this last week has been one of the worst good bad week of my life...

To start off, my wallet got stolen, thats all I am going to say about that because I am trying to stay happy but just a little trivia: my wallet got stolen.

And to make things worse, we took out money monday night and tuesday morning we were in a rush to get to the chapel because president was there I didnt have time to take out MY MISSION CREDIT CARD, and MY VISA DEBIT CART. The only way to describe it would be through the words of Alma the younger, "there is no more exquisite a pain, than the anguish that I felt."

So ya thats it.

Then THAT SAME DAY A DOG BIT MY LEG AND TRIED TO TEAR IT OFFFFFFFF!

Never have I passed for more trials so difficult in one day in my life.

We did have a zone conference on friday and President and Elder Rojas and I taught little classes, I have to admit the spirit was quite strong speaking about repentence in my class. And President gave a good class on sacrifice here in the mission.

Then to top all things off, a wonderfully converted young lady who was scheduled to be baptized this sunday in our area had a problem where Satan entered into the thoughts of her family and they spoke very ill and prohibited her to be baptized.

So I came home kindof molested, because I feel like Ive just kindof been falling apart lately, between being tired poor and frustrated this week.

And then my companion took offense because he thought that I just wanted to baptize people for numbers.

No Elder Rojas and I are very good friends, but, that kindof offended me.

So..

I politely,

Put him six feet under the ground with my words, testimony and scriptures, until he changed his attitude.

Because I DO NOT baptize for numbers.

I am a servant of the LORD for these two years.

But dont worry we are on really good terms Elder Rojas and I and we arent fighting and have never had any problems so dont worry mom, we are still Homies. haha

So yep, this week was hard, but, I am learning.
